    Contingency search is typically 15–20% of first-year salary, paid only on successful hire. Retained search is split into three stages. Contract placements use a daily-rate margin. We're transparent from day one.
  • What's your placement guarantee?
    3 months for contingency roles, 6 months for retained. If the hire leaves within that window, we re-run the search at no additional cost.
  • Do you work with remote roles?
    Yes. Most of our placements are remote-first or hybrid. We have candidates across EU & UK and can source for specific timezone requirements.
