We identify candidates from our network, run a technical screen, and brief them on your role. You receive a shortlist of 3–5 ready-to-meet profiles with a written brief on each.

You hire — we handle the rest

You run your final interview and make the call. We manage the offer, prep the engineer for day one, and set up the 3-month support cadence before they start.

3 months of post-placement support
